Does anyone know of a web based calendar that will:

download to a PDA device
work on both a PC and a Mac
Be editable both on a Mac and PC (not just viewable)
Host multiple calendars

Thanks in advance for any advice

This web based calendar is called EventKeeper. It will do all of the items listed above.
