For 10.3? I know there is a beta version out for devs. Anyone have an idea when it will come out?

There's no such program, out or coming out, called "Safari RSS." Safari's RSS features will be available in its 2.0 version when Tiger is released. (Though much of the newer Safari code is technically there, the RSS features will doubtfully appear in Safari 1.3, which is in the works for Panther.)

I have the 1.3 developer beta and when you go to View->Google Search you get a little RSS emblem with a magnifying glass in the address bar.
