My sister, brother, and I are college students and we all live in the same household. We bought the Office 2004 Student Edition. I used Product Key #1 for my G4 tower and my brother used Product key #2 for his iMac. Now my brother is going to order an iBook from the Apple On-Line Education Store and the last Product Key #3 will be for his iBook.
My brother is giving his iMac to my sister and I plan to clean install OSX on the iMac to get it in tip-top shape (and also to purge it of anomalies)
My question: So after I clean install OSX on the iMac,
When I re-register and re-enter in the Product Key #2 (which was formally under my brother) for Office 2004, do I enter in my brother's name or is it ok to enter my sister's name now?

The only thing Office checks for is to see if any two identicle serial numbers are being used within a local network. It doesn't care about names.

just make up names. No sense in some software having your real name.
