I would like to send an E-mail and embedded with in it I would like it to play a MP3 when opened. Is this that could do this?
PS I don’t know a thing about Java.

I don't think it's possible to make the MP3 automatically play without user intervention... at least, not on decent mail clients! You might be able to exploit a bug for Outlook on the PC or something, but I highly doubt it's possible on a Mac.

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

PS - it's pretty obnoxious to send emails like that - why not create a webpage with whatever invitation/announcement/sounds/etc. you're trying to send out, and just send people a link - this will burden mail servers less, allow you to do things with normal tools, &c.
