Just wondering if anyone knows of any little apps that show real-time stock information as a ticker, something similar to what you see running at the bottom of news channels such as Bloomberg...

I have a friend who follows the markets religiously, he has just got a Mac after being on a PC and says he used to have a similar app on XP.

Anyone help?

I use Watson... it does it pretty well.

There will also be such things built into Tiger (10.4).

Sherlock (10.2 and up?) can do stocks, but not a ticker. Until 10.4 is out you can do the same thing with http://www.konfabulator.com/
