Although the Caffeinesoft apps are no longer under development (e.g. Tiffany Cocoa paint/bitmap program), you can still buy licenses from here.

There is also now a support from, also hosted by Stone Design here. There is a 'tip' on the forum for getting Tiffany at edu pricing

Just thought people might like to know this, as Caffeinesoft's official website doesn't state either of these things.

Just imagine if TIFFany could have been developed just a few years longer. TIFFany would have rocked as a Tiger enabled app using Core Image. I hate to even think of it.

I find it hard to believe all that technolgy has just been abandoned. Couldn't they be secretly working for Apple?

They are working for Apple - CoreImage is just Tiffany as an API

Yes Stan Jirman one of the co-authors of TIFFany works for Apple. I don't know who the second author was nor if he works at Apple as well.
