My wife closed a Word file before saving it and lost about 2 hours of work. The autorecovery was set to save every 3 minutes. I found the autorecovery file .. but couldn't open it no matter which way I tried .. it had a blank page icon next to it.. I'm wondering if i can fix autosave to save properly ..
