My daughter is using iChat with an iSite camera and trying to open a video chat with a friend of hers who is on a PC using the most recent AIM software with a USB camera. They both are on broadband, so I know that's not the problem.

Everytime they try to open a video chat, they receive the following error message:

An undefined AIM error has occurred. The server message was: Rend:Error

Does anybody know what that means? My daughter's friend is connected to the web via her University's network (I don't know if that might be contributing to the problem). It will also say that my daughter is now directly connected. Then it says that the direct connection is closed.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
