I've been asked to find an FTP client for OS X (and 9.x, but I'm not worried about that too much) that supports MD4 password encryption and Implicit SSL connections. I've always just used Fetch or Transmit, never needed anything ultra secure. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I did, none specifically mentioned the specs I needed. I've never needed more than the basic FTP functions of Fetch or Transmit, but a consultant friend was given the mentioned security requirements and we haven't been able to find anything yet...

If your remote server is SSH-enabled, you could always try Fugu which is free and does a great job.

Sorry to revive an old thread...but I was never able to find an OS X FTP client that supports MD4 or MD5 password encryption. I've searched all around but just wanted to see if there was one that anyone here knew about. TIA.
