IRecordnow makes the files way too big! I tried to play with the settings, to make the files smaller but I was unsuccesful. If anyone knows how to either make the files smaller in iRecordNow, or another program that would be great!

i use imovie. then share them to whatever size/quality i want.

if you just want to capture a small video, you can use the quicktime broadcaster to stream to your hard drive instead of the net.

I didn't see anywhere to adjust the record settings in iMovie, as the default settings made for a pretty jerky movie on my 1GHz powerbook. And whatever the settings were made the iSight respond extremely slow with adjusting its focus, light, etc.
