Anybody else having problems running FMP7 developer? I've had to reinstall the application 4 times. The symptons are; after double clicking I get the splash screen and then it quits. This happens twice, on the third try I get the splash screen with a line of garbage that looks like it might be the serial number, it quits and then I get a message that a virus or something else has corrupted FMP, determine the error and reinstall. I can't determine how or why this is happening...help!

OS X 10.3.5

I have had no problems recently. I run it regularly. I used to have minor problems with it failing to launch but I haven't seen this since the update. I thought it was either something to do with having version 5.5 running at the same time or the first release or Virex 7.5. Anyway it has all settled down now.

What have you done to try to fix this?

Have you tried contacting FileMaker support?
