This is a warning for those considering this animation app from Hash. I bought this $324 app and it was prompty shipped. The program loaded but would not launch. Emails to the company finally got the app to run by downloading an update from their site. I am not satisfied with this, as I would prefer to have a functioning CD. Calls to Hash gave no good results. The download update is their only solution. If you would like to have something tangible for your money, this program is not for you.

While frustrating that it didn't work the first time, it is possibly not their fault. They may have released the program, which then broke with an OS X update that came out, or may have later found a bug on certain configs.

They have released an update online which makes it work right? Good.

Wait...What is the problem again?

I am sure that the company will probably soon be shipping the updated version on their CDs, and they'll probably give you new ones if you really want. Otherwise, just burn the update to disc, too. Then you have a functioning version on CD. This isn't nearly as big of a deal as you make it out to be.

Man, let's hope that medicineman doesn't use DiskWarrior from Alsoft or anything then...he'd call for them to be executed!
