I tried it out - wasn't for me so I trashed it. But I still get those annoying pop-up every morning asking me to register. I tried to go into the terminal and kill the snapz pro's program (I think its a reminder program that still exists) but the program doesn't get killed. "kill xxx" enters; but a quick glance at 'top' shows its still there. I need some help. Its asking me to register a program I deleted 2 weeks ago!

you could open up the installer package with Pacifist and it can show you where all the files it installs are. is there anything in the documentation about uninstalling? does the installer have an uninstall?

check system preference then accounts and then start up items and see if it opens an app.

Invoke Snapz Pro X with the hotkey (default command-shift-3) hit command-q to quit the app and then trash the application file and empty the trash. There is nothing more to do.
As with any application, you cannot delete it while it is running, so you need to quit it first as I pointed out above.

I've had that happen to me also. It's really annoying. That's why I started making complete backups of my C drive using a backup utility. Now when that happens I just restore my drive to before I installed the "problem" and I'm up and running in about 30 minutes

thats what I did. But apparently theres a part (.rsvc) that stays behind. Its like I need an uninstaller. But get this, I try to delete this, but it sez 'cant because the program is in use'. This is totally unacceptable. I cant kill it in the terminal, so I cant cant delete this .rsvc file because 'it is in use'. Its not in the start up items folder nor startup items in the sys prefs.
Sorry my bad it was in the start ups - I deleted it. I hope that worked.

Welcome to the Apple Club. Most of us don't know what a "C drive" is
