How to extract a picture from an IChat log file?

I have a couple of photos that are within an IChat conversation log file -- regular jpg photos. I can't seem to open them in anything other than IChat. (My purpose is to extract the pictures and put them on a memory card to print out at Walgreen's).

I REALLY appreciate someone's answer.

I do have Adobe Photoshop, but I don't know how to even open the pictures from the IChat log in that application either. It just says that it can't read it.

Not possible as far as I know...you can take a "Screen Capture" of the file though and see if that will work for you. Can it be re-sent from the person you got it from?
