Does anyone know of a utility that will permit copying of files from hard drive to DVD-Rs and will automatically break down the contents of the folder to fit properly on to disk?

I have a client who has about 80 gigs worth of data that I've recovered off of old OLD backup tapes. They want the information on DVDs and I need an easy way to move all of these files from the hard disk to DVDs. It's not terribly practical to manually do this, so I'm looking for a tool that will examine the contents of the folder(s) and automatically determine the most efficient routine for filling the DVDs without breaking up files the way that some backup utilities do.
