my university's imap email brings up billions and billions of unix directories with a dot in front of them in mail.app.
this is really annoying, as i'd like to be able to make my own directories to organise my mail, and not have to have all that other clutter in the way. is there any way to hide them in mail.app?
i tried to ask my uni's IT support desk, but they're no help as they only know about PC's/outlook.
