Buy Virtual PC. And tell whoever gave you a .pub file to get a better program and export to PDF if they want to send the file anyway.

Hear, hear. I used to work at Kinko's (FedEx Kinko's now...) and people'd bring in Publisher documents all the time. What a pile of crap.
