I've recently installed SpamSieve by following its manual for integration in with Apple's Mail application.

Everytime Mail checks for new messages, SpamSieve plays the new message alert sound, and displays a number '2' in its dock icon. But when I switch to Mail to see what's arrived, there isn't any spam, and there aren't any new non-spam messages either. It just keeps doing this over and over with each mail check, if I clear the notification by making the Mail app the front most application.

Anyone else catch SpamSieve doing this? Any idea how to fix it?
