Hey, I don't know if you have tried to navigate between the web services of .Mac. Now it's necessary to log-in (enter your password) every time you change of service (from mail to address book, for exemple). That's incredibly slow and inefficient!!!!! I can't believe it, it makes my life so improductive.

I hopes they fix that problem, or I will never believe in the capabilities of the .Mac web services and the "power" of WebObjects (if you need to log-in every time you do something, so WebObjects are the worst webservices platform ever).

maybe you just have your cookie preferences set to something too restrictive?

I don't have to log in again when switching between Mail & address book...

Yes, I've switched some things in safari and everything is ok. Excuse me for my attack of rage.

Regards.

Don't you love when someone does something goofy and something happens with the computer and they automatically assume it's the software that's wrong rather than human error? And then they go and post an angry rant about something THEY did.

This is a computer-generated message and needs no signature.

You switched "some things"? What, exactly did you fix?

For the record I've always had to re-login when switching between homepage and e-mail, but by this time I've gotten used to typing my login and password that it's hardly even a bother.

The only thing I've moved is the checkbox "User manes and passwords" from the AutoFill tab. I don't know if that has soved the problem directly, but I know that now I just need to login once into .Mac.

Thanks for your time.

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

The new .Mac bugs? Did they fix the old ones? All anyone ever does is complain about .mac. You paid for it, so if you made the wrong choice, stop complaining and try to get it fixed.
