this smart playlist worked for me:

match the following conditions:
[playcount] [is in the range] 0 to 5 (so that everything is selected)

match only checked songs
live updating

if you uncheck a song in your smart playlist it vanishes

Are you sure you mean {playcount] in the range 0-5?
If you have played a track 6 times or more it won't be in the list so it's not everything!

It will work if you set [Bit Rate] Greater than 1, and then match only checked songs.

I believe that mdc meant 'My Rating' instead of 'Playcount'. Anything that encompasses all your songs will work.
Or you can untick the 'Match the following conditions' box, then tick the other 3 boxes and set the 'Limit to' field to 99999, selected by Artist, in order to include all your checked songs as in your Library.
