...my favorite is iPodRip, by far. It's great... superb interface, and it recovers playlists, playcounts, and ratings.

I only needed to use it once when I switched from PC to my Powerbook, and could have done so without registering (generous trial period for a seldom-used program), but I registered anyway as a thank you... it really made what I thought was going to be a pain in the butt as easy as clicking "go."
