I took a bunch of pix at max resolution. Is there any way i can quickly resize the images to 640x480 or whatever resolution I choose (Without having to go to imageready or photoshop and do them all one by one)?!? ... I like how Pic2Icon works, you just drag the files into the Pic2Icon icon in the dock, and it spits out icons. Is there a program that resides in the dock that i can drag the images into and it'll spit out the images at the specified resolutions? Thanks =P

If they are already in iPhoto:

highlight the pics you want
click the email button
select the size you want
hit the compose button.

This will create an email with the converted photos as attachments. Highlight all attachments and right click and save to a folder(or wherever you like.) (Don't save the email. )

The sizes you can choose from are limited but should most of the time be sufficient.

Done.

You can make a batch job for Photoshop that will perform these actions automatically on a folder of images fairly easily.

I use an applescript that I keep in the Finder's toolbar:
