This might be a silly question but ...

I use Safari (which is a sluggish app with nice text rendering) and Camino (which can be a wee bit flaky, but which works VERY quickly) and love tabbed browsing.

I'm an old Mac user and rely on the standard keyboard shortcuts to get around. I love using Apple-tilde to toggle between windows within an application, but I REALLY would love a similar keyboard combo to switch between tabs - or cycle through tabs.

Is there a hack or Applescript or something that adds this functionality to either Safari or Camino?

Don't know about Camino, but I know Safari.

Tip: If you're looking for a shortcut click on the menu titles (such as File, Edit, View, Window etc) and you will normally see the keyboard shortcut next to the written command.

A bit like this:

Does that answer your question?

In Safari you can use command-shift-arrow key to select the tab to the left or right. Camino doesn't have a keyboard shortcut for changing tabs, while Firefox (same rendering engine as Camino, less of a pretty OS X app but in my opinion better all around) switches using control-tab and control-shift-tab.

"That's Mama Luigi to you, Mario!" *wheeze*
