I have two computers each with their own itunes (4.6) library. I would like to consolidate them into one.

I know I can transfer the music from one to the other but I need to retain my ratings associated with the moved music. How can I accomplish that? If I export the library from one computer and import it into the other does it combine the libraries or just overwrite one with the other?
