They "should" be able to play using RealOne/Real Player...
If that doesn't work, try opening the file with VLC.
VLC wont open it ... and real.com (as well as trying to download it using macupdate/versiontracker/macshareware) wouldnt connect .... any shot you have realone and can host it for a bit? pleeeease! =)
