Songs disappear from iTMS

I just reailzed that some songs disappeared from iTMS recently....
Do you think it's something from MSN???
E.g BEP no longer has the "Elephunk" Album now....

yeah, as i remember "Let's Get Started" was like No 8 in top downloaded songs few days ago...

It's still in the German iTMS. It would be silly to remove it. That group did an iTMS advertisement even.

That happens every once in a while. I think it's a distribution/rights issue with the labels. In addition to the Radiohead discography and Elephunk, the Black Star album (Mos Def & Talib Kweli) and the Death Row Records albums have also disappeared.

There are 2 versions of Elephunk on the UK iTMS.
