need some help burning an ISO image

my friend sent me an ISO image of windows xp. if burnt properly, such as through nero the image should boot. however, I am on a mac and want to know if there is a way to burn the image properly. i have toast if it is needed.

if this image isn't burnt directly from the ISO, it probably won't boot. any tips?
