hello...

I got a new Mac recently -- an ibook -- and it came with World Book Encylopedia. The thing is, I don't need it ont hat machine, and want to install it on an older Powerbook, and then delete it off the ibook. I'm pretty sure this is legal to do (yes?), but I can't seem to accomplish it.

ANy tips on doing so are appreciated. Thanks.

The legality is probably grey (depends no the exact wording of the license agreement) but the morality is perfectly white if you do delete it off the iBook.

On the technical side of things, the software is on your install disks somewhere. As it is third party there is a good change that there is a full package (.pkg file) somewhere on the install disks. It would be hidden in a folder somewhere. Simply double clicking on that package on a MacOS X computer will start up the installer for the program.
