i just wondering what mac software can support each following subject?

1.HTTP programming and programming for dynamic web content generation.
2.c#.
3.xml,soap,asp.net,ado.net.
4.c/c++,openGL.

There were once four people named Everybody, Somebody, Nobody and Anybody. Somebody had to do a job, but Nobody wanted to do it. Nobody could see that Anybody could do it, and Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Nobody ended up doing it, and it so happened that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I'm guessing nobody's responded because your question isn't entirely clear (english is not your first language I'm guessing).

At any rate:

All the Adobe and Macromedia web development tools are cross platform, there's Apple's WebObjects. There's also CodeWarrior and Apple's own (free!) Developer Tools.

There are also many other tools - you may want to visit VersionTracker.com or MacUpdate.com to look for specific tools.
