Yes. Entourage has a built-in tool for this. Look for the Import Contacts option, or something like that.

I need to figure this out as well. Entourage (pre 2004) doesn't offer a choice for Apple Address Book.

I had trouble with this too, but when I figured it out it was definitely a "duh" moment

All you need to do is open up Address Book, select all your contacts, and drag and drop them onto Entourage's Address Book. It automatically imports them. Slick, huh?
