iChat video freezes

I am using iChat v2.1 to video conference with someone using AIM for Windows XP. The video always freezes about 5 minutes into the chat. It can easily be restarted but it then freezes again. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Have your XP using friend buy a Mac.
