I bought a stareo to meni-stereo jack so I could plug my guitar into my 15" 1.33 powerbook g4, but when I make a new track for real instrument I can never hear my guitar, what am I doing wrong, or am I missing some settings or is the adapter causing my problems? pleas help or walk me through whatto do.

You need an amplified signal, at least I did on my 12" PB and I assume the 15" is the same. I ended up using my iMic, and it worked reasonably well.
I do not like those green links and spam.
