Hi all,
A quick question for anyone that might be a bit of a MS Word Guru -
I'm creating some documents in Word 2004 and in specific I am required to put borders (chosen from the Formatting Pallette tool around some pieces of text.
The problem I run into is when attempting to place borders around multiple lines of text that have indents of bullet points as part of the overall selection.
Instead of getting one surrounding border box, I get multiple borders, broken up whenever there is a change in indentation.
For example, when I try to select text as set out below and place a border around it, I woould get three distinct borders - One around line one, one around lines 2 and 3 and a third around line 4.
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
* Blah Blah Blah Blah
* Blah Blah Blah Blah
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
Does anyone know how I can get around this issue? Am I doing something wrong, or is the border function broken?
Many thanks in advance,
WJ.
