Dunno about importing from a pc, but there are freeware apps that will import bookmarks into Safari. Check out versiontracker.com or macupdate.com under Safari, bookmark.

Yup .... see this site. I just followed the steps they mentioned. And it worked like a charm. The only thing I had to do outside the mentioned steps was to change the "bookmarks.htm" exported by IE to "bookmarks.html" before Safari was able to see it as importable. It kept the folder structure intact and added them as "Imported bookmarks 10/30/04"
Also, to turn the debug menu off in Safari, use the same terminal command they posted and just change the "1" to "0"
