I am trying to play a .wmv clip I downloaded and when I do, it only plays the audio portion (no video). How do I fix? I'm using 10.3.5. Thanks!

Get info in WMP and see what it says for video. There's really nothing you can do to WMP to get it to play (apart from waiting for MS to update it) as WMP for Mac is a pretty closed application (no plug-ins).

It might be a video format that VLC can play, so try that.
