I don't know if this is indicative of a failing database or something else, but in the past 3-4 days, Entourage has started running very, very slowly. This is particularly evident when sending messages. I grant you that the database is in the 700 MB-plus range, but I run a home-based business and simply need to keep many e-mails. I grant you I could throw out a lot of personal ones, but that's really beside the point. Anyone think that's the reason? Should I archive old e-mails, perhaps? Anyone have any other insights?
A restart has had no appreciable effect, either.
Hmmm -- maybe time to switch to Mail!
