Well i copied my itunes library to a external drive, then i quickly connected that drive to my other computer, and decided to use that library on the other computer, upon adding, some tracks become unplayable, and if you play the file in QT it shows some kind of error, something about "moov" error(Cant remember), it says the file is invalid..but after trying a couple of times, something happens and it can be added to itunes again,but..

anyone know whats up here

thanks

What do you mean by “quickly connected”? If we are talking about an external firewire harddrive, it is very important that you connect and disconnect properly, or you risk the danger of file corruption.
Leave the external device powered off and disconnected when not in use.
Power up the device, wait ten seconds, and plug the firewire plug into your Mac. The device icon will appear on your desktop, and the harddrive will be accessible.
To disconnect, drag icon to trash, or highlight icon, and go to finder: file: eject, before disconnecting and turning off device.
If you use this procedure for all your firewire devices, you can store and access files for the life of the device with minimal file corruption.
For file recovery, try http://www.alsoft.com/DiskWarrior/index.html
Otherwise, try using firewire target mode to connect the second computer to the source of the original itunes files. Drag and drop to replace the corrupted files.
