I'm having a strange problem after upgrading to 10.3.6 where links are no longer being underlined or turned blue (if they're not another color). Searching didn't yield anythng I can use. I looked through prefs, but didn't see anything that was in this area that appeared incorrectly set. Any ideas?

Bump, this still happens after 10.3.7 update. Ideas?
