I've had success in the past with SplashID. It's a Palm and Mac app, but you don't have to use both of them together. It's more expensive than the ones you listed though.

Ummm... the Keychain.

You can store passwords, secure notes, all that stuff. And have multiple keychains with their own sets of passwords.

It works great.
