Im sure this is really easy, but I'm stuck!
I have a quicktime movie I made and I have got to a section where I want to grab the image I have paused on, like export the screen shot to a jpeg or something... I thought Quicktime Pro had an option to do this??

Cheers peeps!

It does. Just change the export setting from Quicktime movie to picture.
