Fast DVD Copy problem

I have tried to back up 2 different movies. Each time that i did, the optimizing part wet way over 1800 minutes. It said time remaining was 0 but it just kept optimizing the dvd. I have been able to back up movies before. Why can't I do it to these two? If anyone has any help please let me know. Thank you
