Off the top of my head, there's an application called Sofa and an Applescript ("Fetch iTunes Artwork" or something like that). If you want to do it yourself, Amazon is the most popular site, but Wal-Mart has bigger files (500x500 versus 300x300). If you don't want the artwork embedded in the actual file, Synergy is a popular choice.

Sofa was good but buggy, MP3 Rage did it well but not automatically enough. Haven't tried Sofa for a while since I'm trying to _decrease_ my music collection size, and iTunes doesn't support cover.jpg in the album folder.

Scarcely pausing for breath, Vroomfondel shouted, "We DON'T demand solid facts! What we demand is the total ABSENCE of solid facts. I demand that I may or may not be Vroomfondel!"

This guy has written all kinds of nice scripts for iTunes, and one of them is called
"Find Album Artwork With Google"
Get that script. It is free. The iTunes Catalog is cool too, if you want to publish your Library to your .mac like I did. But it costs $10.

iTunes Catalog does cost money, the main feature I liked was the "get album year" since it's a feature ignored by every other tagger. I'm still not paying or using it since I could probably rig an applescript to do it's amazon.com search, but it's a nice thing. Maybe I'll try the demo again, I think they give you 1/3rd of your collection's year tags for free. I mention all this because the options I know of for getting artwork have been mentioned ;-)
