I will need to use a Windows XP computer for work. Are there any Windows programs which are the equivalent to the following OS X programs: iPhoto, Mail, iCal, and address book. Thanks

Nope. You can find alternatives to each but nothing like each one.

thunderbird but it is still young and may be too rough around the edges still.

iPhoto: Picasa. It's available from Google and is extremely similar, both in functionality and in the interface and general layout. It's free.

Mail: Thunderbird. It's by the Firefox guys, it's gotta be good! Free and with an adaptive junk mail filter.

iCal + Address Book: Not really sure since I use my PDA to store all that information. No need to even keep it on my computer for any reason other than backing up the PDA's information. So I just use Palm Desktop.

Hell, you might be able to just use Palm Desktop to store that information even if you don't have a PDA. It is free. Kinda clunky though. I'm sure there are better solutions.

The Mac emulation community has put out an iCal clone (called iCalendar, I believe). Check out aqua-soft.org and you can probably find something there. That's what I did while saving up for my iBook.
