downloaded this from version tracker and when i try to install it gets partway through then just stops and says there is an error... downloaded it another time, and from another source.. and still get the same error... anyone knwo whats up here?

Don't know why that happens, but I'd say contact Insider software here. They've got great customer support.
As for fontagent itself, it's a fantastic font manager. Much, much better than Suitcase. In particular version 2.12 has been great and very speedy, even with a lot of fonts. So, don't give up yet and mail Insider!

When I first tried to download FA a few months ago I got the same sort of dialog. Then I found later that in the folder I designated for download the file was there. So it said there was a problem, but it downloaded anyway. Go figure.

hmm.. if im reading that right... i think youre describing a different problem... i know wehre the file is, when i run the installer is when i get the error... i can see all the files no problem, its the installer program itself thats giving me errors....
