I've looked in my imovie book and a few other places for the answer to this, so I apologize in advance if it seems elementary.

I'm trying to capture a still photo from an imovie project. How would one go about doing this? Or will the quality be so awful it won't be worth it? This will be a shot from a high school production, so I'm not sure the quality will be that great in any case!
