(I'm a question spree tonight... I guess that's what happens when ya can't sleep... haha)
I can't use Safari to upload anything to my Yahoo! Briefcase or to my online class using the "Browse" buttons on each respective site. The browse buttons work, and the filename appears in the form as though I have selected it for upload. But when I actually try to upload it, I get a message that says the file can't be found. I have to use IE to upload on both sites and well... I don't have to tell ya how unhappy that makes me. Haha. What's even more irritating is that the online classroom software my university uses (WebCT) says that it's Safari compatible when obviously, it's not.
Is this a Safari issue... an html/java/javascript/some other technology/ thing? And if anyone knows the answer to that, is there a way around it... or way to make Safari able to do it?
(I have no idea if what I'm talking about is called "http uploading" but that sounded descriptive of what I'm trying to do.)
Since I'm about to graduate, the WebCT thing isn't a big deal. But I use the Briefcase to backup my school work and research. Anyone know of something similar that's Mac friendly that I could use instead of the ol' Briefcase?
