I want to be able to plug in my firewire hard drive, click a button, and have iSync sync up (backup) certain folders (for ex: Documents, Music, photos, etc...) from my hard drive to the external drive. Is there any way I can program iSync, or any other program, to do that?

iSync is for PIM type things - calendars, contacts, notes, etc.

I use a program called Synk for this. Works very nicely.
