There are a couple of progams i'd like to buy (unison, and shapeshifter) but i don't have a cc. I do have money in my paypal account thou, if someone knows how to make this happen it'd be much appreciated.
have you asked the companies that sell the software if they can maybe accommodate you in some way? seems to me that if you are willing to pay for the software they may try to work something out with you.

If you have a paypal account, you do have a credit card.
Open up your paypal account in your web browser. In the tab navigation go to My Account > Withdraw. You will then presented with a list of ways to withdraw money. One of them says "shop online with paypal virtual card." This option will give you a mastercard number to use for online purchasing. I have even used this option in a retail store and it works great.
