I'm sitting here surfing with my laptop and can't find anything because my bookmarks are all on my desktop.

Anybody else think it would be useful to have bookmarks available over rendezvous? Like with iTunes playlists.

How about a publish and subscribe model? Stored on any webDAV server. You could get bookmarks from the office or home bookmarks anywhere with network access.

.mac offers that already. Very handy. I'm having to use Windows (ugh) at work these days so I just pull my bookmarks (which are synced from my PB17 at home) down in a small window and surf away.

Omniweb has this - maybe Safari does too. (And then there's that handy .Mac syncing with Safari, or if you have OmniWeb, you can use any WebDAV server, not just iDisk.
