When I try to use Popcorn to reburn and DVD I'm getting a message to the likes of invalid TS file. I chose the TS file but I still get this message. Tost gives me a message about it being too big for the DVD. What should I do to burn this disk? Use the DVD-Video option in Toast?

What did you use to get the DVD down to your hard drive? That might be the issue.
I use Mac The Ripper to extract the contents of commercial DVDs and haven't had a problem yet.

I have had this happen a time or two. I ran the TS file through DVD2oneX, then back into Popcorn and had no issue. I have no idea how that solved the problem, but it worked for me. Good luck and let me know if it works for you.

Make sure you extract the whole DVD via MTR, not just the main feature. Then, use Popcorn to extract just the main feature if you want.
